TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases of artworks and fine art prints offered by Stephanie Bläss through this website.

By placing an order or submitting an enquiry, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

The website presents artworks for purchase and provides information about available original artworks and fine art prints.

2. Seller Information

Stephanie Bläss operates as a small business according to § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG). No VAT is charged.

3. Original Artwork Requests

Original artworks are available upon request.

An enquiry regarding an original artwork does not constitute a binding purchase agreement.

After receiving an enquiry, Stephanie Bläss will confirm availability, price, shipping details, and payment conditions. A purchase agreement is only concluded once both parties have agreed to the terms of sale.

Each original artwork is unique and cannot be replaced.

Original artworks are individually signed by the artist and include a Certificate of Authenticity.

4. Fine Art Prints

Fine art prints can be ordered directly through the website.

The customer submits a binding order by completing the purchase process and selecting the available payment method.

An order confirmation will be sent by email after the order has been received.

Fine art prints are produced using high-quality materials and are prepared for shipping within the stated processing time.

Fulfilment of Fine Art Prints

Fine art prints may be produced and shipped through an external professional print fulfilment partner. This allows high-quality production and secure delivery directly to the customer.

Stephanie Bläss remains the seller and contractual partner for the purchase of the artwork or print.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are final prices.

According to the small business regulation under § 19 UStG, no VAT is charged or shown separately.

Payment is available via:

  • PayPal

  • Bank transfer

For original artworks, payment details will be provided after the purchase agreement has been confirmed.

For fine art prints, payment must be completed before the order is processed and shipped.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping conditions and estimated delivery times are described separately on the Shipping & Delivery page.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside the artist’s control, including customs procedures, delays by shipping providers, or unforeseen events.

Large original artworks may be shipped unframed and carefully rolled to ensure safe transportation.

7. Ownership and Copyright

The artwork remains the property of Stephanie Bläss until full payment has been received.

Purchasing an artwork or print transfers ownership of the physical item only.

Copyright, reproduction rights, and all intellectual property rights remain with Stephanie Bläss.

The buyer may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use the artwork without prior written permission.

8. Colours and Appearance

Every artwork is individually created and photographed.

Due to differences in screens, monitors, and device settings, colours may vary slightly from the original artwork or print.

Such variations do not constitute a defect.

9. Damaged Deliveries

All artworks are carefully packaged before shipping.

If an artwork arrives damaged, the customer should contact Stephanie Bläss as soon as possible and provide photographs of the artwork and packaging.

A suitable solution will be discussed depending on the individual circumstances.

10. Liability

Stephanie Bläss is liable for damages only in accordance with applicable statutory provisions.

No liability is assumed for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including shipping delays, customs procedures, or technical problems.

11. Applicable Law

German law applies to these Terms & Conditions.

Mandatory consumer protection laws of the country in which the customer resides remain unaffected.

12. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution:
