Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

If you are a consumer within the meaning of applicable consumer protection laws, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receives the goods.

Returns of Fine Art Prints

Fine art prints may be returned within the statutory withdrawal period, provided they are returned in their original condition.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Returned prints must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transport.

Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Original Artwork

Original artworks are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces.

Original artworks are available through an individual enquiry process. A purchase agreement is only concluded after availability, price, and sale conditions have been confirmed.

Any applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Due to the unique nature of original artworks, cancellations after a confirmed purchase should be discussed individually.

Damaged Artwork During Shipping

All artworks are carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipping.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact Stephanie Bläss as soon as possible after delivery.

Please include:

• your order information,

• photographs of the damaged artwork,

• photographs of the packaging.

A suitable solution will be arranged depending on the circumstances.

Exclusion of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal may only be excluded in cases where this is legally permitted.

For example, the right of withdrawal may not apply to certain individually customised or personalised products.

Standard fine art prints are not considered personalised products unless specifically created according to individual customer requirements.
